ALARM RESPONSE

ALARM RESPONSE BROADWAY, WORCESTERSHIRE

If your alarm is activated it communicates with our control room, which is manned 24/7. The nearest officer will be despatched immediately to deal with the reason for the alarm. This eliminates any danger to yourself. We attend your property with the keys, source the nature of the activation and reset the system to ensure continued security. If there are signs of an intrusion, we liaise with the police and contractors in your absence. We always have several officers on shift at the same time, so if the need arises, we have constant boots on the ground to help secure our client’s properties.

If we encounter a fault with your intruder alarm, we will contact you and the relevant alarm maintainer to rectify the fault, ensuring the continued security of your property or premises. Our security group can also offer our very own maintenance and monitoring. This allows us to offer an all-in solution. Alternatively, we are happy to liaise with the relevant alarm maintainer on your behalf.

PHX Security have a 30-year proven track record in responding, not only to intruder alarms but also fire alarms & panic alarms and in the more modern era, monitored CCTV systems. We can therefore ensure the continued safety of the individual and the property.

PHX cover Worcestershire, Warwickshire, Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and Oxfordshire, residential and commercial properties and aim to arrive at your property within 30 minutes, dependant on the location.
