Our Keyholding Service works hand in hand with our Alarm Response Service. This provision has been the bread and butter for PHX over 30 years now. The service allows us to deal with any issues at our client’s property, giving total peace of mind so that you can be sure your property is looked after in your absence, for every single day of the year. PHX hold around 1000 keys for a variety of properties, both residential and commercial in Worcestershire, Warwickshire, Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and Oxfordshire. We are able to give you or anyone else entry to your property, take delivery of a parcel or anything else you require, whenever you are not available to do so.
Lock-ups are a big part of what we do at PHX. We have worked with many local companies over the years, tasked with escorting staff safely off the premises at the end of the night and ensuring the premises are locked up securely. The safety of your staff and the security of your property are our utmost priority.
